Returns and Exchanges

REFUND POLICY

Please note we do note we do NOT offer a refunds if you simply change your mind on a purchase. However we do offer a 10 day exchange if goods are returned in original condition with tags and receipt. 

Each item purchased from Weekends Store are carefully checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. If the item you received is different to the one you have ordered, we will replace the incorrect product with the correct item, or offer you a refund. If the item is Faulty we will also process a refund.

Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged such as earrings.

Please contact us through email at weekendsau@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel so we can access your claim.

Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Weekend Store. If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or be offered an exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
