SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Weekends Store currently ships within Australia only.

Our shipping rates are:

• Standard shipping: $10
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

• Express shipping: $15
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

• Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more

Free shipping excludes furniture, lighting, artwork and other bulky items. These products may be available for local pickup or require a separate delivery quote. Please contact us at weekendsau@gmail.com before purchasing if you would like to arrange delivery for a bulky item.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. During busy periods, public holidays or carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Orders are sent using Australia Post or another suitable delivery service.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR ISSUES

Once an order is with the delivery carrier, delays may occur outside our direct control. If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at weekendsau@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours during business days. Please wait until you receive this notification before visiting the store.

Bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
