All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be authorised
• We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
• Incorrect customer or delivery information has been provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability. Because we sell products both online and in our physical store, an item may occasionally sell in-store before our online inventory updates.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or discuss another available option.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are explained in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be selected for eligible orders at checkout.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before visiting the store. Pickup orders must be collected from Weekends Store at 177 Avoca Drive, Avoca Beach NSW 2251 during our advertised trading hours.

We may ask for order confirmation or identification when an order is collected.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, store credits and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum spending amounts, exclusions and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
• Promotions are available while stocks last
• Sale items may be excluded

We may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are subject to any conditions shown when they are purchased or issued. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Please keep gift card details secure. We are not responsible for unauthorised use of a gift card unless caused by our failure to take reasonable care or as otherwise required by law.
